Position Overview

Director for our Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Strategic Leadership

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the MBA program in alignment with AKTU and AICTE standards.
• Review and update the curriculum to meet evolving business and industry needs.
• Integrate case studies, live projects, simulations, and global business trends into academic delivery.

2. Faculty Development & Management

• Recruit, guide, and appraise faculty to maintain high-quality teaching and research.
• Promote faculty research, publications, and participation in academic conferences.

3. Student Development & Outcomes

• Foster an environment of academic rigor, innovation, and holistic growth.
• Oversee career readiness programs, soft skills training, and industry exposure activities.
• Collaborate with the placement cell to ensure robust campus recruitment and internship opportunities.

4. Industry Collaboration & Networking

• Build lasting relationships with corporates, industry associations, and alumni for knowledge sharing, guest lectures, and placement support.
• Initiate collaborations for industry visits, international immersion programs, and joint certifications.

5. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Branding

• Ensure program compliance with regulatory bodies (AKTU, AICTE).
• Drive institutional branding through rankings, accreditations, and participation in national/international academic forums.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational:

  Ph.D./Doctorate in Management or allied areas from a recognized university (preferred). MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory.

• Experience:

  Minimum 15 years in academia/industry, with at least 5 years in a senior academic/administrative role in an MBA program.
• Strong record of academic leadership, corporate interface, and program development.

• Relocation:
