Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards and governance frameworks.
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms, risk registers, action logs, and change-control systems.
• Coordinate with the client s global and regional stakeholders for approvals, audits, documentation, and compliance.
• Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery to ensure seamless technical alignment.
• Lead project controls: cost management, scheduling, risk forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage design reviews, technical validations, quality benchmarks, and configuration standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, procurement timelines, commercial claims, and change orders.
• Ensure best-in-class HSE practices, documentation hygiene, and audit readiness.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional PM teams with clarity, discipline, and accountability.Qualifications

• 20+ years experience in the real estate sector.
• 10-15 years of programme/ project management within corporate workplaces.
• Experience delivering for global clients with stringent governance standards.
• Degree in Architecture; PMP/ Prince2/ RICS preferred.
