Hiring for CTO with 15-30 yrs of experience for Furniture Manufacturing Company, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Role Overview:The CTO will analyze all business processes from business development, costing, and design, through supply chain management, production planning, inventory, delivery, and installation and identify where digitalization is possible. A primary, immediate expectation is to lead the complete end-to-end ERP selection and implementation process for the organization, establishing modern foundations for automation and integration. This leader should also identify and apply AI-driven and digital solutions in partnership with department heads across the company.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyze, document, and map every business process in the company: sales, costing, design, supply chain, inventory, production, delivery, and installation.• Identify, recommend, and strategize where digitalization, ERP, and AI can simplify and streamline operations.• Drive the end-to-end implementation of digital initiatives — from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation to deployment, training, and change management.• Lead the selection, rollout, and adoption of modern ERP systems tailored to furniture manufacturing and trading.• Evaluate AI tools for business process automation (e.g., workflow optimization, predictive analytics, supply chain visibility).• Collaborate closely with all department heads, understand their workflows and bottlenecks, and be a hands-on partner in crafting digital solutions.• Build and lead a lean technology team, oversee IT infrastructure, and manage vendor relationships.• Establish data-driven KPIs, monitor technology ROI, and ensure solutions drive real business value.• Build and lead a small internal tech team, manage external technology vendors, and guide ongoing tech infrastructure improvements.• Advise senior management on technology roadmaps, innovation opportunities, and industry best practices.• Report progress and technology strategy directly to senior management.• Stay on top of industry trends in manufacturing, ERP, and AI applications relevant to furnitureand interior solutions.- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E[ Preferred]

- Experience with Manufacturing company is a must.

- Experience with Furniture Manufacturing company is a Plus.
