Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director FinOps at Greenway, you will oversee the entire O2C (Order to Cash) function, leading eight high-performing teams handling Contract Admin, Renewals, Order Admin, Serialization, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Client Service. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on leadership, setting goals and metrics aligned with company objectives, and monitoring performance. You will lead by example, coach, mentor, and challenge your team to achieve higher performance goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the Contract Admin, Renewals, Order Admin, Serialization, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Client Service teams. - Establish goals and metrics that align with overall company objectives. - Monitor performance and provide metric reporting for business reviews. - Assign tasks, train team members, and ensure efficient operations. - Analyze AR aging, credit risk, and collection performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Handle client escalations and effectively communicate with internal departments. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. - Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard accounting and financial information. - Undertake other ad hoc projects as directed by the Controller. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related field. - Minimum of 18 years of total work experience, with at least 10 years in management roles in Finance Operations disciplines. - High-energy and creative leadership with a track record of building best-in-class teams. - Proven experience in driving Accounts Receivable performance, credit risk assessment, and cash flow analysis. - Strong operational excellence through process improvement. - Ability to delegate tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and motivate teams. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred. - Intermediate or better Excel skills. Please note, the work environment for this position is primarily sedentary, requiring consistent seated work and the ability to type on a keyboard. Observation of computer screens for extended periods and clear communication with clients and associates are key aspects of the role. This position is based in Bangalore, India, with a current remote work setup, necessitating a proper internet connection and power supply for day-to-day operations.,
