As a Senior Engineering Leader at our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and leading engineering teams with a product mindset in the Manufacturing domain. Your responsibilities will include instilling a culture of engineering excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and contributing to the scaling of key accounts in India. Ideally, you will be located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in technical leadership, managing large developer teams, exceptional people management skills, hands-on development and design experience, proficiency in agile methodologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive approach to technology and business applications. In this position, you will work closely with EPAM Clients to adopt a modern delivery approach for envisioning, designing, building, deploying, and operationalizing products and platforms. Your focus will be on promoting engineering excellence, fostering agile thinking, improving work processes through the right engineering practices, automation, and cloud enablement. You will collaborate with a global talent pool of Engineering leaders, Business Unit Heads, and the Senior Leadership team to deliver enterprise solutions for clients across various industries. Our values include continuous improvement, testing and measuring, and a relentless pursuit of results. **Responsibilities:** - Provide leadership and strategic planning for the Delivery Management function within EPAM India - Lead and manage diverse project teams to deliver software solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project quality - Focus on client engagement and manage client expectations while ensuring project success and economic viability - Enforce best practices for software development and project management to achieve high-quality, efficient project delivery - Utilize expertise, innovation, and market understanding to deliver value and ensure excellence in project delivery - Promote a culture of learning and Engineering Excellence, embracing modern delivery approaches for products and platforms - Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), with a focus on reducing project attrition - Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support pre-sales activities, including project estimations and proposal development **Requirements:** - Bachelor's/master's degree in information technology or a related field - Minimum 20 years of overall experience with at least 10 years in a project delivery leadership role in the IT services industry - Strong experience in Delivery leadership with hands-on experience leading large programs - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in software delivery and project management - Proven expertise in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, and project escalation management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences - Prior experience in managing budgets, project delivery, and client relationships - Solid understanding of technology landscape with hands-on experience in digital technology initiatives - Innovative mindset with a commitment to staying updated on technological advancements - Ability to solve complex technical and business problems, collaborating with various stakeholders - Strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects - Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines, meeting EPAM standards - Proven skills in influencing and negotiation to gain management buy-in on ideas and concepts **Nice to have:** - Experience in the Manufacturing domain - Relevant certifications in Project Management such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar would be advantageous,
