This position is part of the analytics leadership team. Someone who can work on multiple project streams and clients and applies Analytics for better business decision making especially in the area of Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain.
o Leadership Recruit, Mentor, Coach and Guide teams to implement deliver complex projects in the Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain. o Project/Client Management Familiarity with the development and execution of solutions and approaches to drive analytics for pharma companies on areas such as: Business analytics, Patient Analytics, Sales and Marketing Analytics, etc. Advanced problem solvingskills are must. Should have worked on at least two or more analytics tools such as SQL , R, Python, Dataiku etc. - Understanding of the Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical data, Ability to understand complex business models, develop meaningful business insight and advise clients manage their sales and marketing operations, Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans o Logical Thinking Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis. o Handle Client Relationship Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Proactively identify business opportunities with the clients on ongoing basis. Should have excellent communication, storyboarding and consulting skills.
Economics or Econometrics from Tier 1 College with a minimum of 10+ years of experience Minimum of 8+ years of relevant domain experience, preferably in Life-sciences/Pharmaceutical domain. Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain. Technical: Should have 2 years of hands on experience in the following tools: Must have working knowledge of tools: Atleast 2 of the following R, Python, Pyspark, Dataiku, etc. Expertise with techniques such as regression, classification, causal inference modeling etc. Basic expertise with MS excel, Advanced expertise with SQL. Functional: Should have experience in following concepts and technologies: Specifics: Pharma data sources like IMS, Veeva, Symphony, Cegedim etc. Business processes like Market Mix Modeling, Segmentation, Patient journey analytics, brand performance, key driver analysis, market definition, Calculation of all sales, activity and managed care KPIs etc.
