Job Description

As a seasoned professional with 14+ years of experience in Life Sciences companies, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Effectively manage clients and onshore stakeholders to ensure successful business delivery. Work closely with the project manager to define algorithms, break down problems, and run analyses. - Build realistic demand forecasts, challenging assumptions and applying forecasting methodologies to support brand strategy. - Prepare robust forecast assumptions leveraging expertise from the Forecasting team and research from the Insights and Analytics team. - Support launch preparations and guide teams in setting up clear post-launch performance tracking. - Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and allocate tasks and resources. - Demonstrate collaborative leadership in a matrix environment, managing accounts and programs independently or with minimal support. - Leverage latest technologies and processes to generate new ideas, build new solutions, and optimize current processes. - Build and scale up capabilities to ensure efficient business delivery by recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing the team. Your qualifications for this role should include: - BE/B.Tech and MBA degrees. - Expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and data analytics within Life Sciences companies, with a focus on branded business. - Experience in Specialty or Rare Disease is preferred. - Proficiency in various modeling techniques, patient/epidemiology-based forecasting, and project management. - In-depth understanding of disease and Therapy Areas and their application to forecasting. - Ability to handle datasets from IQVIA, Evaluate, IPD, Kantar, DRG, and pharmaceutical datasets. - Strong skills in quantitative analytics, business analysis, and analog analysis. In addition to the technical competencies required for this role, your behavioral competencies should include teamwork, leadership, motivation to learn and grow, ownership, cultural fit, talent management, problem-solving, lifescience knowledge, communication, attention to P&L impact, business development, and capability building/thought leadership. You will be responsible for managing and delivering revenues while overseeing resources effectively to achieve business objectives.,
