Job Description

As the Director Corporate IT at VitalEdge, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless, secure, and world-class digital experience for all employees. Leading a global team, your duties will encompass managing end-user support, IT operations, and security initiatives. Your main focus will involve driving upgrades, fostering innovation, and cultivating a high-performing team that adheres to ITIL and Six Sigma standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design IT touchpoints with empathy and usability in mind - Embrace modern architectures and prioritize secure-by-design practices - Utilize analytics to enhance IT services continuously - Serve as a strategic partner, showcasing strategic thinking abilities - Oversee Corporate IT Infrastructure and end-user IT operations - Develop and implement IT policies, including security standards and asset rotation protocols - Manage vendor relationships, supervise infrastructure upgrades, and ensure effective IT budgeting - Provide leadership to a team of IT managers and support specialists - Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to align IT operations with company objectives - Ensure cybersecurity compliance and mitigate risks across all IT systems and processes Qualifications: - 10-15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership positions - Hands-on leadership experience in Infrastructure & Operations, Business Applications, Data Management/BI, and IT Governance & Compliance - Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and cybersecurity frameworks - Proficiency in ITIL, DevOps, and Agile practices - Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills - Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure - Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and security policy management - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. An MBA or Masters in IT Management would be advantageous.,
