Job Description

As the Digital Solutions Delivery Director at AstraZeneca, your role is crucial in empowering the field force, sales team, and supporting internal functions to enhance efficiency and productivity at scale. Your collaborative and proactive approach will involve working with internal and external stakeholders to understand India's business priorities and challenges to deliver effective solutions. Your success in this role will be driven by a range of skills including comprehensive business analysis, project and program management, strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, solution design, risk management, and change management. It is essential to maintain a calm and composed demeanor while being assertive and continuously adapting to the evolving technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Enable and empower the field force, sales team, and supporting functions digitally to drive efficiency and productivity. - Engage with stakeholders to identify digitalization opportunities aligned with business priorities. - Lead projects and programs effectively, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with objectives. - Ensure compliance with internal/global governance and standards for all digital initiatives. - Collaborate with global teams to implement successful innovations in India. - Communicate project progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders. - Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective teamwork. - Evaluate and improve business and IT satisfaction through the bi-annual Pulse survey. - Engage with tech start-ups for potential collaborations through AstraZeneca's ACatalyst Network. Qualification Required: - Relevant technical degree or equivalent (BTech/MTech with MBA) with strong academic performance. - Understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare domain. - Proven leadership experience in global organizations with complex environments. - Technical proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Health Cloud, Einstein), Market Tech, Digital Health, Power BI, AI applications, and ERP systems like Workday, Coupa, SAP Concur. - Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience influencing solution directions and adopting standards using architecture strategies. - Ability to inspire change, challenge conventional ideas, and manage relationships with business teams and suppliers. - Critical thinking, adaptability, and awareness of marketplace developments.
