As a Colleague Relations Manager at American Express, your role is crucial in developing, implementing, and delivering a comprehensive colleague relations strategy to ensure a consistent approach across locations in India. You will lead a team of Managers and Specialists, fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and best practice sharing. Building strong relationships with key partners and maintaining operational oversight will be key responsibilities.
