Site Visit Coordinator - Voice Process (Female Only)

Experience : 1- 6 years

CTC : 3 -4 LPA

Site Visit Coordinator - Domestic voice process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Explain project details, property features, and site visit process over phone.
Schedule and confirm site visits for clients with the sales team.
Follow up with customers before and after site visits to ensure a good experience.
Maintain records of calls, appointments, and feedback in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales & field team to provide timely updates.
Build a professional rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil

Pleasant voice, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Eligibility:

Female candidates only.
Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience preferred.
