• Supported in setting up and streamlining Singapore operations and compliance processes.
• Managed company incorporations and corporate secretarial compliance, including preparation of statutory registers, resolutions, AGM documentation, and filings.
• Handled preparation and filing of tax returns with IRAS: ECI, Corporate Income Tax (Form C/ C-S/ Dormant company waivers), GST returns, and withholding tax returns.
• Assisted with applications for Certificate of Residence (COR) and liaised with IRAS for resolution of tax audits (GST, Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
• Analyzed and advised on tax incentives for fund vehicles (13O, 13U), including annual filings with MAS for continued eligibility.
• Provided end-to-end support for tax-incentivized funds in applications and GST remission claims.
