About the Role

Brand Avatar is looking for a passionate and energetic Direct Marketing Executive/Manager to drive the on-ground and traditional media promotions of our upcoming TV show. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in working with agencies, media houses, and executing direct marketing strategies across TV, radio, and print channels.

This role requires someone who understands mass media planning, brand communication, and how to reach large audiences through direct and traditional marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Marketing & Media Promotions

Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns for the TV show across TV, radio, and print.

Manage traditional advertising activities including TV promos, radio jingles, print ads, and magazine placements.

Ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.

2. Media & Agency Coordination

Work closely with media agencies, creative agencies, and PR teams for campaign execution.

Manage timelines, creative development, approvals, and vendor relationships.

Coordinate with TV channels, radio stations, and print media teams for ad bookings, schedules, and promotions.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop marketing ideas to amplify show visibility across traditional media.

Assist in planning launch campaigns, press announcements, and media outreach.

Ensure seamless execution of all marketing materials related to the show.

4. Brand Communication & Creative

Work with designers and agencies to develop creative materials:

TV promo scripts

Radio spots

Newspaper ads

Flyers, brochures & magazine layouts

Maintain brand accuracy and quality in all content.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track campaign performance across TV, radio, and print.

Analyze reach, impact, response, and ROI of marketing efforts.

Submit weekly reports and insights to the leadership team.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in direct marketing, media planning, or traditional advertising.

Must have worked with agencies (creative/media). (Mandatory)

ATL Marketing knowledge is a must.

Strong understanding of TV, radio, and print promotions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields.
