Job Description: You will be responsible for managing direct sales by engaging with potential clients to promote and sell products or services. Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets consistently is a key part of your role. You must analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, will be essential to streamline sales processes. Participation in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques is also expected from you.
