We, ABOK Spring, are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join our growing manufacturing team. The role is hands-on and will give exposure to the full production lifecycle of railway hot-coil springs. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Assist in production operations Support machine setup, basic parameter checks, and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor. Record job details, report deviations, and maintain daily production logs. Coordinate with senior engineers for quality checks (MPI, load testing, dimensional checks, etc.). Follow all safety protocols, 5S, and shop-floor discipline. Learn and support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives. Assist in material handling, job card movement, and WIP tracking. 📘 What We ExpectDiploma (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy). Willingness to learn hot-coil spring manufacturing processes. Basic understanding of machines, tools, and measurements. Good attitude, punctuality, and ability to work in a team. Comfortable working in a factory environment (shop floor role). 🎯 What You Will LearnEnd-to-end spring production processes. Quality control methods used by global OEMs and Indian Railways Exposure to production planning, quality control, maintenance basics, and shift operations.
