Job Title: Diploma Engineering Trainee (DET) Location: Haryana, Bhiwani Department: Production & Manufacturing Experience: Required: Fresher Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Salary: ₹17,165 (In Hand) / ₹21,231 (CTC) per month Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day Shift Only) Job Summary: We are hiring motivated Diploma Engineering Trainees (DET) for our Production & Manufacturing Department located in Bhiwani, Haryana. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training to develop practical skills in production operations, equipment handling, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machines on the production floor under supervision. Ensure all operations comply with safety, quality, and process standards. Assist in preventive and routine maintenance activities. Record production data, shift reports, and process documentation accurately. Support process improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth workflow. Skills Required: Strong understanding of basic mechanical or electrical principles. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
