Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our team in the polymer industry. As a trainee, you will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in polymer processing, production operations, quality control, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in polymer processing operations (e.g., extrusion, injection molding).
• Support production line setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in quality checks and data recording.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Work with senior engineers on process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of polymers and plastic processing techniques.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and factory environments.

Experience: 0–1 year
Stipend/Salary: As per company norms

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
