New Product Development : Feasibility Study , Process and Product costing Under Stand Customer Requirement & Specification APQP, Process Flow, PFMEA & Control Plan , Setting Standards for Manufacturing Process , Conduct PPAP, Facility Planning and Procurement of Machine ,Jig ,tool & Gauges Establishment of product cycle QCD evaluation Desing of Jigs ,fixture ,Gauges & Die Tool selection and Design .Process Improvement & Industrial Engineering : Process study and improvements Process Changes Tool life Improvement and Establishment Quality Improvements to reduce Rejection Process Audit and Establishing the standards Production risk mitigation Layout , Line Balancing and Ergonomics design Time study and Capacity Planning Setting the targets and improvements . Key Objectives Facilitate cross-functional involvement for achieving NPD objectives Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of NPD process and Improvements Provide strategic insights for NPD prioritization and capability Support Marketing, Business development and Sales teams for the new customers and new establishments Requirements Well convers cent with processes and Handling Experience of Projects with muti customers and Project management Age : Between 40 to 45 Qualified Professional with 20 to 25 years in Gear /Precision Industry Relocation to Bangalore
Team Handling Should have experience in manpower handling and co-ordinating with team members towards to achieve company goals. Production Control Daily Production planning and scheduling of activities. Dialy Production monitoring Hourly production monitoring in each line and react accordingly. Quality Control Maintain "ZERO" PPM by following and implementing Quality basics. Welding Should have hands experience in Robotic welding process. Willing to do manual TIG welding. Why Why analisys Analisys for defects/Scrap, taking temporary & permanent countermeasures. KAIZEN activities Conducting KAIZEN activities along with team members. KANBAN handling Should have experience of KANBAN handling in shop floor. Work Instruction Preparations Good Knwoledge in Preparing Work Instructions. Losses reduction Losses reduction activities to be carried out to improve line productivity. Scrap/Rework reduction Scarp & Rework reduction activities to be carried out to reduce the cost. 5'S Maintain 5'S in shop floor and sustain.
Role & responsibilities Position: Safety Engineer Location: Bangalore Education: Diploma/ BE/ B Tech Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil with approved Safety Qualification (PDIS or ADIS ) approved by State technical board Experience: 3-5 Years Must be in Construction Safety in Automobile Industry Languages: Kannada, Hindi & English - Mandatory Classroom Safety Training (General Safety, Height Work Safety, Hot Work Safety, Electrical Safety, Job Leader and Safety Leader Job Role Training & Other trainings) for Contractor Workforce Onsite Safety Awareness Training for the Contractor Workforce (Conducting Promotional Activities at worksite) Example: Work at Height Safety, Flag Man Job Role Training, Material Handling Safety, Excavation Safety etc.) Workplace Daily Safety Audit: Check for Unsafe Acts, Unsafe Condition, check all Tools, Equipment and PPE for check, ensure if all TKM safety procedures are being followed by the activity in charge and report preparation Equipment Safety Audit: Daily equipment healthiness checks (Pre-Entry) and issuing of tag and monthly equipment healthiness check and tag renewal Theme Based Audits (Roof audits/AMC Works/Holiday work audits/PPE's etc.) Preparation of Safety Reports, Daily and Monthly Workplace Safety Audit Report Monthly Contractor Safety Training Report Daily and Monthly Equipment Safety Audit Report Compilation Report of all the above-mentioned Reports Update the data in both soft & Visualized boards at regular frequency Method Statement & Risk Assessment (MSRA) of each activity Check at Gemba & Feedback Preferred candidate profile
