Job Description

As a Presales Solution Architect at DWP, your role involves interacting with customers to understand their Workplace area requirements and providing tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating presales experience in Workplace area and Customer facing roles. - Showcasing excellent writing and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients. - Utilizing Effort Estimation experience for Service Desk and Digital Workplace solutions. - Applying Domain Knowledge including Cost and Effort Estimates for Service Desk solutions. - Demonstrating ITIL Process Knowledge to align solutions with industry best practices. - Showcasing expertise in Field support solution design for optimal client support. - Utilizing knowledge in device management tools such as SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, VDI, and Citrix. - Demonstrating proficiency in Messaging and Collaboration platforms like O365, M365, and Gsuite. - Applying good Knowledge in Operational activities related to End User Device Management. - Utilizing knowledge about market-leading tools and approaches for Automations. - Experience in creating Solution documents and delivering customer presentations effectively. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: - In-depth knowledge of technologies such as SCCM, Intune, O365, M365, VDI, and Citrix. - Transformation expertise including experience in Migration and merger/acquisition projects. - Expertise in Voice platforms like Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys. - Modern Device Management Implementation knowledge. - Transition Overviews for Solutioned People, process, and technology. - Participation in Due Diligence Sessions/Activities. Please note that the location for this position is Noida, Chennai, or Bengaluru.,
