Digital Web & Creative Solutions Executive

DSAND is on the lookout for a multi-skilled digital professional who can seamlessly blend web development, design, cloud tools, graphic design and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, creativity, and digital strategy—managing everything from domains to design, from e-commerce to engaging video content etc.

Job Title: Digital Web & Creative Solutions Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Web & Technical Operations:

• Manage web hosting, domain registration, and SQL database integration.
• Design and maintain responsive websites with modern UI/UX principles.
• Integrate and manage payment gateways and secure checkout systems.
• Ensure website performance, uptime, and SEO optimization.
• Work with G-Suite for collaborative workflows and cloud-based operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage, and deployment tasks.

2. Design & Content Creation:

• Create visually compelling templates, brochures, leaflets, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Design and edit videos for festivals, events, and product launches.
• Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer) for content creation.
• Curate and manage YouTube channel including video uploads, thumbnails, SEO, and analytics

3. Social Media & E-Commerce:

• Strategize and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Handle Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, including product listings, updates, and promotions.
• Collaborate on digital campaigns and monitor analytics for performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Multimedia, or related field
• Certifications in Web Design, Cloud Platforms, or Digital Marketing (preferred)

Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web development, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Azure, and YouTube channel management.
• Proven portfolio of websites, templates, or social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Figma, and AI design tools.

Other Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of e-commerce logistics, SEO, and cloud deployment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative and technical tasks.
