Work with business users on billing payment and quality assurance.
Understanding of fixed income, equity and derivatives trading.
Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the Delivery and QA team.
Working with test processes, methodologies, tools, and technology.
Performing functional testing, quality reporting.
Passion around driving best practices in the testing space.
Knowledge of software engineering practices and agile approaches.
Experience building or improving test frameworks.
Develops and conducts briefings for the targeted group of advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
Understanding of capital market and asset management industry.
Understands market data, its providers and significance.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, database software.

Client Business Area:

Fintech, Asset Management, Issuer communication equities trading, fixed income instruments.
