Lead and manage the
Digital Tower operations
ensuring adherence to ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
Oversee
end-to-end service delivery
, incident/problem/change management, and ensure SLA compliance.
Drive
Test Management processes
across multiple projects and applications.
Implement governance models, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Track, report, and analyze KPIs, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Facilitate audits, compliance checks, and process reviews.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of service excellence.
Work closely with leadership to align digital services with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service delivery and operations.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in
ITSM
processes.
In-depth knowledge of the
ITIL framework
(ITIL certification preferred).
Proven track record in
Test Management
and quality governance.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling large, complex IT environments and multi-vendor setups.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in digital transformation projects.
Exposure to automation tools for ITSM and testing.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
