Digital Support Executive

• Primary focus: customer engagement and digital support across calls, video, and webinars

• Conduct outbound calls, video calls, and webinars to engage prospects and clients.
• Daily outreach: follow up with fresh leads and nurture existing leads to move them through the funnel.
• Provide clear, step-by-step digital support and guidance to customers across platforms.
• Meet daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines.
• Log and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through consistent, proactive communication.
• Take initiative to identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and contribute to team goals.
  

Requirements

• Must have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients via calls, video meetings, and digital platforms.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Open to freshers with good communication skills.
• Nice to have:
• Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or digital client engagement.
