Digital Sales Lead - Deputy General Manager

As a Digital Sales Lead- Deputy General Manager at the Pune-Dighi location, your role will be crucial in growing the revenue of the Digital Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and leading a team of Inside Sales Account Managers - Prospecting new business opportunities - Up-selling to existing customers - Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to maximize revenue across the region in India To excel in this role, you must have relevant experience in managing digital sales teams in OEM/ SP and SI environments. A deep understanding of Digital Sales models, tools, and frameworks, particularly in the context of Tata Communications" Core and Digital portfolio, is essential. People management skills and the ability to navigate in a complex and matrix organization are highly valued. Candidates with prior experience in selling Managed Hosting Services, Security Services, and Unified Collaboration Services will be given preference. You will be responsible for managing the required pipeline, order booking, and revenue targets. Key Qualifications & Experience: - 15+ years of experience in Inside/Digital Sales - Bachelor's Degree, preferably BE/BTech; MBA advantageous - Experience in Telco companies or software firms with strong consultative selling skills - Expertise in both hunting and farming roles - Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels - Technical knowledge in IT, Networking, Software, and SAAS-based sales - Proficiency in SFDC/Major CRM and Microsoft Office In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-impact, high-growth global sales function in a rapidly evolving industry.
