Job brief :
Responsibilities :
• Acquire and onboard builders & property owners, pitching relevant products and solutions.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Resolve client queries and ensure smooth property listing activation.
• Track sales pipeline, update CRM, and share regular performance reports.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet revenue targets and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant programs (e.g. Dialler / Salesforce CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English and any other regional language other than Hindi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Graduation is must
