Job Description

Your role as a Sales Executive involves generating revenue by signing contracts with small to medium-sized new customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing your own sales activities and performance in the area of Fast Track. Your key tasks will include: - Handling the customer journey from comparison to purchase, with personal sales targets in your local area - Constantly searching for new prospects and leads in your assigned territory through cold calling and digital lead generation - Staying updated on market intelligence, including monitoring competitors" actions and activities - Scheduling sales calls and meetings with decision-makers, gathering information about prospect/customer needs to facilitate sales - Maintaining a high level of sales activity to ensure a healthy pipeline and timely progression from lead to contract phase - Effectively utilizing CRM for accurate recording of activities and customer data - Focusing on continuously signing contracts through an efficient pipeline and regular offers - Supporting in the start-up and onboarding of new signed customers - Following up with newly signed customers within the first few months, providing necessary trainings and ensuring timely invoice delivery In terms of competencies, you should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: - Sales Process Management: Identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, making sales and marketing plans, negotiating contracts, and actively managing the sales funnel - Account Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively improving the account portfolio - Products, Services & Solutions: Understanding the product portfolio, suggesting appropriate solutions to clients, and recognizing sales opportunities - Communication & Collaboration: Establishing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adapting communication styles, and effectively influencing others - Sales and Customer Analytics: Utilizing sales and customer data for performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and leveraging customer insights for growth Overall, your role as a Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue through effective sales strategies, customer management, and product knowledge.,
