Digital Sales development

The primary objective of this position is to boost revenue by securing contracts with small to medium-sized new customers through sales activities. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing your own performance and activities, aligning with the Fast Track approach. Your main responsibilities will include handling the customer journey from comparison to purchase, identifying and pursuing new prospects, monitoring competitors" actions, scheduling sales meetings, and focusing on a high level of sales activity to maintain a healthy pipeline. Effective utilization of CRM tools is crucial for recording activities and customer data accurately. The role also involves continuous contract signing, supporting the start-up and onboarding process for new customers, and collaborating with marketing teams to create sales campaigns and events. Competencies required for this role include Sales Process Management, Account Management, Business Development, Product Knowledge, Communication, Collaboration, and Sales and Customer Analytics. You will need to identify potential customers, establish relationships, increase customer interest, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding the product portfolio, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders are also key aspects of this role.
