Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Project Manager based in Dehradun. The Digital Project Manager will oversee and manage digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and resolving challenges as needed. The role also involves managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and ensuring alignment of projects with the overall branding and objectives of Trek The Himalayas.


Qualifications

  • Strong Digital Project Management and Project Management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing, including campaign planning and execution
  • Experience in Content Management and developing content strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of the outdoor adventure or travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Lead and coordinate the digital team to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Plan and manage events and presentations efficiently.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for both internal and external coordination.
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience is mandatory .
