Digital Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Program Management Office (PMO) by coordinating complex, global Digital projects across the organization. You will collaborate with the PMO team using standard methodology and Scaled Agile, ensuring successful execution and management of projects within defined constraints. Your ability to work independently, think critically, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Business and Digital Leaders to build prioritized backlogs of work, manage project roadmaps, demand, and capability forecasting - Lead cross-team and large projects, fostering collaboration across Digital team members, other Digital pillar team members, and functional team members - Track and document success KPIs, prepare for Monthly Business/Operating Reviews, and provide input into process improvements - Manage project organization, planning, execution, project control, budget, and governance to ensure consistent, reliable results - Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to Program leadership at all levels in the organization - Assess impact of scope changes, risks, issues, and other changes to the project remit and work with the project team to resolve - Support the Release Train Engineer by ensuring project deliverables are prepared based on Scaled Agile cadence and participate in PI Planning events - Act as a Change Agent for Digital Operating Model - Manage and oversee third parties, review statements of work (SOW), and ensure third-party delivery aligns with defined SOWs - Ensure successful timely delivery, applying agile methodologies that align with customer expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (or related field) - 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years in Digital and Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Agile - Experience leading cross-functional, digital operations projects - Experience managing 3rd Party vendors - Strong collaboration, governance, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills - Proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Additional Company Details: nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, committed to ensuring a more secure world through innovative electrical solutions.
