As a Manager at PwC, you will play a crucial role in fostering client relationships, leading teams, and spearheading strategic technology endeavors. In the realm of Technology Strategy & Innovation, you will be tasked with formulating and executing enterprise-level technology strategies that align with business objectives and leverage enterprise architecture principles to architect scalable, secure, and forward-looking solutions. You will identify opportunities for technological advancements and innovation, particularly in digital platforms. In terms of Leadership & Team Development, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful client initiatives, mentor junior staff to foster technical excellence and career growth, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Managing client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders are integral aspects of Client & Stakeholder Engagement. Effective communication of findings, conducting analyses, and ensuring high-quality solution planning and development fall under Communication & Analysis. Your role will also involve overseeing solution planning, development, and quality assurance to uphold the highest standards, conducting capability assessments for digital platform ecosystems, and integrating financial modeling and business case development to recommend best-fit technology solutions. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in Technology or Business Administration, 9-14 years of relevant experience in technology strategy, digital platforms, or enterprise architecture, and certifications in areas such as Cloud Architecture (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), and IT Service Management (SAFe Architect, ITIL, ServiceNow, BMC). To excel in this role, you should possess technology leadership experience, proficiency in enterprise architecture, strategic roadmapping abilities, advanced technology integration skills, innovation and automation expertise, solution development acumen, and a passion for team leadership and mentorship. As a member of the Technology Strategy team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level technology strategies for impactful client initiatives. Your role as a Manager will involve leading teams, managing client accounts, and driving strategic planning to ensure project success and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions leveraging enterprise architecture principles.
