In terms of Leadership & Team Development, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful client initiatives, mentor junior staff to foster technical excellence and career growth, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Managing client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders are integral aspects of Client & Stakeholder Engagement. Effective communication of findings, conducting analyses, and ensuring high-quality solution planning and development fall under Communication & Analysis. Your role will also involve overseeing solution planning, development, and quality assurance to uphold the highest standards, conducting capability assessments for digital platform ecosystems, and integrating financial modeling and business case development to recommend best-fit technology solutions. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in Technology or Business Administration, 9-14 years of relevant experience in technology strategy, digital platforms, or enterprise architecture, and certifications in areas such as Cloud Architecture (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), and IT Service Management (SAFe Architect, ITIL, ServiceNow, BMC). To excel in this role, you should possess technology leadership experience, proficiency in enterprise architecture, strategic roadmapping abilities, advanced technology integration skills, innovation and automation expertise, solution development acumen, and a passion for team leadership and mentorship. As a member of the Technology Strategy team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level technology strategies for impactful client initiatives.
