About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketer who can handle end-to-end online marketing — from running paid ads to growing organic channels and building the brand online. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across digital platforms to drive awareness, traffic, and sales for our beverage brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing (Paid Media)

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Display/YouTube), and other channels.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve best ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Track and report KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Digital Brand Marketing

  • Plan and execute content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the in-house designer for creatives and videos.
  • Work with influencers/micro-influencers for campaigns.
  • Manage brand’s online reputation and community (comments, DMs).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Install and manage pixels, tracking codes, Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite.
  • Create dashboards and weekly reports on campaign performance.
  • Derive insights from data to improve campaigns and strategy.

Website / E-commerce

  • Coordinate with developers to improve website UX, speed, and conversion.
  • Manage SEO basics (keyword research, on-page SEO, content briefs).
  • Handle email marketing (Mailchimp/Hubspot/Zoho) for newsletters, retargeting, and drip campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic SEO.
  • Comfortable managing ad budgets and optimising for ROI.
  • Strong copywriting & analytical skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for brand building.
  • Bonus: experience with Shopify/WooCommerce/D2C brands.
