About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital/Performance Marketing Analyst who loves working with numbers and turning data into actionable insights. You’ll track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across paid channels to help us grow faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance on Google, Meta, LinkedIn & more.
• Track important metrics like CAC, CPA, ROAS, ARPU, and LTV.
• Build dashboards & reports for real-time performance tracking.
• Share insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns & reduce costs.
• Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM & CRM tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio & Excel/Sheets.
• Comfortable with datasets, dashboards, and data storytelling.
• Solid understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV & growth metrics.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
