Digital Network & Security - Senior Manager (NS1)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to join our Digital Network and Security, Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network and security solutions, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and optimizing network performance. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures while ensuring robust security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and solutions to enhance performance and security.
  • Conduct Audit and compliance checks and perform gap analysis and provide recommendations to remediate the identified gaps
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of network projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Lead L3 engineers to troubleshoot P1 issues and assist them with proper RCA and CAPA
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present network designs and proposals to senior management.
  • Develop best practices, standards, and guidelines for network and security solutions.
  • Mentor and train team members on advanced networking and security concepts.
  • Stay updated with the latest networking and security technologies and trends and share insights with the team.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and enforce network policies and procedures.
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to network administrators and IT staff.
  • Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in network architecture and security solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
• Proficiency in network & security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers, routing, switching , SD WANs, proxy solutions
• Proficiency in network & security tooling such as solar wind , thousand eyes ,logic monitor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and network virtualization technologies.
