As our Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving Amadora’s digital story across channels. Your core responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a small creative and content team, ensuring alignment and execution of brand vision.

• Platform Ownership:

  Manage and grow Amadora’s presence on

  Instagram, YouTube, Google Business, and our website

  .

• Content Strategy & Creation:

  Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, and original content (posts, reels, videos, blogs) that reflect the Amadora brand.

• Analytics & Insights:

  Track performance, run experiments, and report on engagement, reach, and conversions to improve strategy.

• Community Engagement:

  Actively interact with our audience, respond to comments/messages, and strengthen customer relationships online.

• Collaborations & Partnerships:

  Identify opportunities with influencers, creators, and partners to expand Amadora’s reach.

• Proven experience in

  leading a digital media or content team

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Instagram, YouTube, SEO/Google, and website management

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  content creation

  (photo, video, copywriting).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to shape strategy.
• Passion for food, creativity, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
