Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across digital channels. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize company website and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports using tools like Google Analytics.
• Create engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor competitors’ online activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in managing CRM and marketing automation tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in a digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
