Location: Gurugram (Hybrid/On-site)

Salary: ₹3.0L - ₹4.8L PA (₹25K - ₹40K/month) + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1–3 Years (Portfolio matters more than years)


About Us Digischola is a young, fast-moving startup established in April 2025. We are not a typical corporate agency. We are building high-value brands in diverse niches—ranging from Luxury Spiritual Travel, Hospitality, Media Houses to Premium F&B.


⚠️ The Honest Truth (Read before applying) We are currently a small team. In fact, you will be the first key hire working directly with the Founder.

  • No Bureaucracy: We don’t have 50-page policy handbooks. We have goals.
  • High Impact: You won’t be a cog in the wheel. You will build the marketing engine from scratch.
  • AI-First: We don't believe in doing things the "hard way." If AI can do it in 10 minutes, we don't spend 2 hours on it.


We don't code manually; we use Lovable. We don't hire photographers; we use Midjourney. We don't guess strategies; we use Data & AI.

🛠️ The Tech Stack You MUST Love

  • Web Building (The "Builder" Mindset): You don't need to be a full-stack dev, but you must be fearless with tech. You will use Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, or Replit to spin up high-converting landing pages using component libraries like 21st.dev or Aceternity UI.
  • Strategic Brainstorming: You use Claude 3.5 Sonnet or Gemini Advanced to architect complex marketing funnels, segment audiences, and write persuasive copy.
  • Creative Studio: You are a wizard with Nano Banana, Midjourney v6, Flux, or Canva Magic Studio. You know how to generate "photo-realistic" assets that increase engagement & have keen eye for design.
  • Ad Tech: You understand the Meta & Google Ads landscape deeply—setup, targeting, retargeting, and ROAS optimization.

💻 What You Will Do (The Workflow)

  1. Build: Spin up a landing page for an Australian Luxury Travel Client using Lovable + React components.
  2. Create: Generate "Photo-realistic" visuals of exotic locations or gourmet food products using Midjourney/Flux.
  3. Launch: Set up Meta/Google campaigns targeting HNI audiences in Singapore and Australia.
  4. Iterate: Analyze campaign data to tweak the landing page copy and design in real-time.
