Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads Focus) – Females OnlyRole Overview

We are seeking a female Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns. The candidate should be results-driven, creative, and analytical, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, Messenger).
• Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, ad creatives, and budget allocation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API integration.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with designers/content team to create engaging ad creatives.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Proven experience in Meta Ads campaign management & optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
• Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or e-commerce campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
