Job Description

Job Summary: The trainer needs to train people on different aspects of Digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, YouTube Marketing, Website creation, etc. Candidates need to have at least one year of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience on different things like Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, WordPress, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Training & Mentoring: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, SMO, SEM, ORM, Website Design, Web Analytics, and other key digital marketing concepts. Practical Implementation: Guide students through hands-on execution of digital marketing strategies, ensuring they gain real-world experience. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development: Design and develop structured lesson plans, course materials, and assignments aligned with industry trends and best practices. Demo & Query Resolution: Conduct demo sessions for prospective students and address queries through dedicated doubt-solving sessions. Student Engagement & Performance Monitoring: Assess student progress, provide feedback, and ensure they understand and apply digital marketing techniques effectively. Innovative Teaching Methods: Continuously enhance training methodologies to maximize student engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Multi-Assignment Handling: Take on multiple responsibilities, including curriculum enhancement, student mentorship, and training coordination. Passion & Leadership: Maintain a high-energy, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, fostering a motivating learning environment. Daily LOA: Conduct 3 weekday batches (Mon-Fri) of 2 hours each + 15 mins for Q&A, and 1 weekend batch of 5 hours. Deliver demos, address student queries (in-class & on-call), and conduct technical interview rounds when not assigned a batch. Evaluate student assignments and manage the batch-wise date sheet daily. Support the Team Leader in assigned tasks. Offline batches require work from the office; online batches may be taken from home occasionally with prior approval. Maintain strict adherence to batch schedules to ensure timely syllabus completion. Required Candidate Profile: Must have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in various digital marketing domains such as SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and other relevant areas. Should possess strong communication skills and the ability to convey concepts clearly and effectively. Must have a professional and confident personality, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
