We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and drive our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• SEO & Content: Improve organic visibility and oversee content optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance with actionable insights.
• Brand & Innovation: Enhance online presence and adopt the latest digital trends.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
