What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our customers via chat, email, or phone—turning frustrating moments into fantastic experiences.
• Review ad accounts to uncover performance gaps and share actionable insights that help customers maximize results.
• Troubleshoot technical hiccups with clarity and confidence, escalating issues when needed.
• Keep our help docs and FAQs fresh with the latest tips, best practices, and feature updates.
• Become a product expert—staying on top of new features and sharing feedback to shape product improvements.
• Act as the customers’ voice by capturing feedback, identifying trends, and helping us innovate.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for digital marketing (bonus if you’ve worked on ad platforms before).
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, customer success, or a related role.
• A degree in a tech/marketing-related field—or equivalent practical know-how.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a natural curiosity for technology.
• Friendly, approachable, and excited to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
