About the Role

Senior Associate – Digital Marketing

You might start by managing digital marketing for one vertical — such as Zolo Co-living or Z Vacation — but as you grow, your scope will expand to multiple business units and leading a team of your own.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Manage digital presence across platforms — website, SEO, social media, and content updates.
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver impactful creatives and messaging.
• Experiment with new digital tools, platforms, and ad formats to improve ROI.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for content, automation, and data analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Skills & Traits We Look For
