Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to build a strong foundation in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website traffic and ranking
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, edit, and schedule content for posts, stories, and reels
• Monitor and report performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing plans
• Help with email marketing, website updates, and lead generation campaigns
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Digital Marketing Course completion is mandatory
• Internship or project experience in digital marketing is preferred
