Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Full-Time, In-Office – Kolkata)

Only candidates currently living in Kolkata will be considered.

Location: Ripon Street, Kolkata- 700016

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance and capability)

Experience: 1–3 years

Work Mode: Full-time, 6 days/week, in-office

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute social media, content, and ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the web team to deliver client projects
• Manage websites (mainly WordPress) and update content when needed
• Create reports, track metrics, and suggest improvements for campaigns
• Research market trends and competitor strategies
• Take initiative — not just follow instructions — to grow our clients and our agency

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken + written)
• Excellent academic background (80–90%+ preferred)
• Fast learner, proactive, and reliable
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Able to manage small teams and meet deadlines without excuses
• Good understanding of digital marketing basics (ads, content, analytics, SEO, etc.)
