The Job/ Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to lead our online presence and elevate our brand in the digital landscape. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will craft and implement cutting-edge strategies, manage diverse campaigns, and drive impactful results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation , and thus contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, email, and website.
  • Optimize and manage online advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, email, and website.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and written content that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure the company's competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any feild.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, SEO, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
