About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate quality leads through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and strategies to promote our construction and real estate services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email channels.
• Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to attract and retain customers.
• Manage website updates, SEO optimization, and online listings to enhance visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Identify marketing trends and insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Handle influencer collaborations and manage paid promotions.
• Manage lead generation through digital channels and track conversion performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and creative content skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Experience (Construction/Real Estate Industry):

• Experience promoting construction projects, interior design services, or real estate properties online.
• Understanding of B2C lead generation in the construction or housing sector.
