About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  performance marketing campaigns

  across

  Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Manage and improve PPC, CPC, CAC

  , ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
• Lead

  paid acquisition and conversion optimization

  strategies
• Handle

  website SEO, on-page & technical SEO

  , and overall website management
• Work on

  AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

  and

  GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

  strategies
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to improve funnel performance
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages for growth

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience

  in Digital & Performance Marketing
• Strong command over

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC campaigns

• Clear understanding of CPC, CAC, LTV, ROAS

  , and growth metrics
• Proven experience in

  SEO strategy, execution, and website management

• Familiarity with AEO & GEO concepts

  (search and AI-driven discovery optimization)
• Experience with analytics tools such as

  Google Analytics, Search Console

  , etc.
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance-first approach
