Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Noida. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, optimizing online marketing efforts, and effectively utilizing social media platforms. The role will also involve collaborating with the communications team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and content marketing

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms

· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (on-page and off-page).

· Generate insights and monthly reports on campaign performance; propose actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns and landing pages.

· Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools or channels.

Qualifications:

·      4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.

Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads

·      Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

·      Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

·      Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

·      Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
