Position: Digital Marketing Specialist Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi - 110084 Employment Type: Full-Time We are a growing Ayurvedic healthcare organization focused on providing authentic treatments and wellness solutions to patients across India. To scale our reach and strengthen our online presence, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in performance marketing, website management, and social media content creation. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation :- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for high-quality lead generation. Expand lead generation efforts to Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Display, Native Ads, etc.). Monitor campaign performance, optimize CPC, CPL, and ROAS, and ensure target KPIs are achieved. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad formats, targeting, and landing pages. Collaborate with the sales/call center team to ensure lead quality and improve conversion rates. 2. Website Design & Management Oversee the design, content, and performance optimization of the company website. Manage landing pages, product pages, consultation booking systems, and SEO best practices. Coordinate with developers/designers for updates, technical fixes, and new feature integrations. Ensure website is optimized for speed, user experience (UX), and lead capture. 3. Social Media & Content Management Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar. Write scripts and ideas for Instagram/Facebook reels, short-form videos, and creatives. Manage posting schedules, engage with followers, and reply to comments/messages. Track content performance and suggest improvements for engagement and reach. Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams. 4. Strategy & Analytics Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, ad performance, and social media growth. Use analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console) to track and measure ROI. Suggest innovative strategies for scaling leads across multiple platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and digital content. Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Facebook Ads & Google Ads). Hands-on experience in website designing/management (WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar CMS). Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, funnel optimization, and remarketing campaigns. Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Ability to create content calendars, ad copies, and video scripts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
