About the Role :


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support digital campaigns, manage social media, optimize e-commerce listings, handle customer queries, and work on performance-driven marketing initiatives including ads, SEO, and push notifications. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing while contributing to impactful projects.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation

Develop and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Design creatives using Canva or Adobe Suite for campaigns.


2. Social Media Management

Schedule and manage posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (X).

Monitor and respond to comments/messages to boost community engagement.


3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and optimise content for higher search visibility.

Support link-building strategies and on-page SEO enhancements.


4. Email & Push Notification Marketing

Assist in designing and sending email campaigns and newsletters.

Create and manage push notification campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Track performance (open rates, CTRs) and recommend improvements.


5. Paid Advertising (Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)

Support in setting up, monitoring, and optimising Google Ads campaigns.

Assist in managing Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X Ads.

Analyse ad performance and suggest strategies to improve ROI.


6. E-commerce & Shopify

Manage and update Shopify product listings.

Optimise product titles, descriptions, images, and metadata for SEO and sales.


7. Analytics & Reporting

Track website traffic, ad performance, and social media insights.

Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.


8. Customer Support

Respond to customer queries across email, chat, and social platforms.

Provide timely and professional support to improve customer satisfaction.

Share customer feedback with the team for service and product improvements.
