Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will lead our online marketing initiatives and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Lead social media strategy and manage day-to-day content execution.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and landing pages.
• Work closely with external agencies and partners for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (D2C or eCommerce experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms like AdRoll.
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining a data-driven approach.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
• Must be based in Mohali or willing to relocate.
